Within this paper, I examine the developing issue of women's issues. I begin by offering a brief analysis of the framework within which women have been historically segregated before examining positive and negative developments for the issues of gender equity within the workplace. I close by stating that strong individuals are needed in order to continue the fight against social injustice and create a more egalitarian society.
