This paper is discussion of the legalization of marijuana. The discussion will include an argument that advocates the reasons why marijuana should be legalized. In addition the opposing views of those who are not in favor of this measure will be presented and analyzed. Information for the article has been obtained from current peer reviewed journals encompassing both social and criminal investigations of this matter.
