Interpersonal and Group Dynamics: Embedded Intergroup Theory, Social Identity Theory & Social Cognition Theory
This paper shall examine the differences and similarities between three theoretical perspectives on the issue of interpersonal and group dynamics. Specifically, these three theories will be applied to the question of inter-group bias. The three theoretical paradigms in questions are embedded inter-group theory, social identity theory, and social cognition theory.
