This paper shall discuss the current Mars Rover expeditions on the Red Planet. The two rovers are named Spirit and Opportunity. The paper will examine several aspects of the current mission to Mars. First, it will present a brief background on Mars. Second, it will provide an examination and description of the objectives of the mission. Finally, the paper will illustrate some of the initial results of the mission thus far.
