This paper provides a research proposal for an issue in health care. The paper takes the position that a self-care therapy plan in which the patient is educated on use of metered-dose inhalers will he as effective as the more expensive treatments using aerosol nubulizers. The variable of measurement is how often the patient needs to visit the ER.
