Legal and Medical Issues Surrounding Nursing Negligence
This paper shall examine legal and medical issues surrounding a recent case of negligence in nursing. Because of the complex nature of the issues surrounding such negligence, this paper will examine some related literature in order to better gauge the manner in which this particular case has been affected by (and also affects) the field of nursing and legal and medical issues associated with the field.
