This paper provides a general investigation into the reasons why people support abortion and why there are those who oppose abortion. This paper addresses health, safety, and quality-of-life concerns in favor of abortion, while religious, moral, and ethical reasons are provided for the opposition. This paper draws no conclusions and merely addresses the topic.
