Race and schooling in the US: A Look at the Potential Economic Impact.
This paper takes a look at the relationship between race, ethnicity, education, and economic development. In the end it concludes that, while racism and ethnicity are systemic social problems that are obvious in the educational system, there is little evidence to suggest that overall economic growth has been hampered by the underrepresentation of minorities in the educational system. 23 pgs.
