This paper discusses the family, child rearing, education and teaching of Hispanics. The paper goes into detail about the extended family and how important family values are to Hispanics. The paper gives suggestions for teachers who have Hispanic children. A major problem that Hispanics have is poverty. Poverty affects the educational pursuits of children.
