Technological advances that have taken place in the last ten years have opened the opportunity for entirely new ways of moving, sharing and exchanging information. Mass production, and an increasing demand for technology, has contributed to an ever increasing amount of evolution in computers, while gradually reducing the overall cost associated with them. As a consequence, the demand for technologically literate people amplified. This created a challenge for education institutes around the world. The speed by which technology was changing created a gap in trained personnel. Existing teachers needed to be trained in this new medium.
