This fifteen-page undergraduate paper discusses the role of females in position of authority and their management style. While corporate America is now accepting women in powerful positions, still the dearth of women at the top proves that the acceptance has been very slow and the change is being embraced only reluctantly. With recent changes in the business world and with the slow down in the economy, this is probably the most favorable time for women to make a permanent entry into male dominated fields. Women bring into the corporate world a new vision and a better style of management that focuses on 'listening' instead of 'imposing' and 'logic' instead of 'aggression'. 15 pgs.
