Conservation Case Study of Agave arizonica (The Arizona Agave)
This paper is a conservation case study on the Arizona agave, Agave arizonica. The case study firstly describes the species, and then moves on to state the conservation concerns surrounding the species: why they have come about, and how the species has been classed according to Federal Guidelines. The case study ends by highlighting the actions that are being taken to aid in the conservation of this species, and also how the loss of this species would impact on the environment in which the Arizona agave lives, and also the ecosystem of which it forms a part.
